is that Noro Kureyon?
Noro is Japanese yarn, and Kureyon is famous for its vibrant colors, and named for them too! Kureyon is "crayon" in Japanese. Nothing tricky, just try saying crayon with a really thick japanese accent = ku-rey-on
hehe I found you on craftster, by the way

guilty as charged. kureyon it is.

yeah i've heard a lot funny japanese word adaptations:

Baioretto = violet
Souru Torein = Soul Train
