lot of people have been asking me questions about the baby and so i've decided
to provide a general idea for all who wanna know! also, below, you will
find some helpful links to the baby registry and such! |

about
the baby in general:
- she's
a she :) our daughter will be named Mia.
- she's
due in june. here's a little ticker you might find helpful to let you
know how far we're along:

registries
and gifts:
- we
are registered at Target
and Babies
'R' Us. practically everything we need is in there except DIAPERS.
for some reason diapers are not something they let you include in the
registries.
- we
are saving up to get our baby's core blood banked with CBR. want to
know a little bit about core blood banking? here's some
information. if you would like to donate to our little girl's core
blood bank please donate here through paypal (mastercard & visas
accepted, you don't have to be a paypal member)
- we
have an additional unofficial baby wishlist of stuff we would like want
for the baby. you can see them in this small gallery below:
- here
is also a small list of things we really want but could not put in our
registries because the stores we registered with didn't have them:
- Costco
Nap-Sac by Lilly-Gold; this is what we would like to take with
us to italy so we can put the baby to sleep. we've heard that having
them sleep in carseats could possibly cut off her airways and suffocate
her (since she doesn't have strong neck muscles).
- Electrical
outlet caps; i think these are pretty easy to find but the registries
didn't have them so here we go.
- Dunstan
baby language DVDs. i've heard excellent things about this DVD
pack; it'll help us understand our little girl.
- A
nursing cover by BebeAuLait. i'm planning on breastfeeding but
that doesn't mean everyone has to become intimately acquainted with
my intimates.
- Diapers!
we've heard huggies are waaaay better than pampers.
- A
mobile with white elephants. we can't find one anywhere!

the
baby's room:
- we've decided
to use this
bedding from Target. it's in our registry and it has the cutest
white elephants.
- our
crib will be white as will all the other furniture.
- our
baby's room is small!
- the baby's room will be done up in greens, brown and white.
the greens & brown will be these shades, approximately:
- we still haven't been able to find a mobile
for the crib that has white elephants on it. if you can find one, let
me know!

color
preferences for clothing, accessories, etc.:
- we are having a girl, yes, but i
refuse to dress her in head-to-toe pink. i'd much prefer bright colors
or muted earth tones. no pink.
- we
love the green stuff. and the yellow stuff is cute too, although if
we had to choose, the color of choice is
green.
